Best Friends :)

We have some best friends, the Zarlengo's, who moved to Murrieta in 2010, a year after we did, and they were there for about a year-ish? Steve and Nate worked together on the Loma Linda Hospital in Murrieta and sadly the project ended and so we had to go wherever the jobs took us :( It took us to Thousand Oaks, CA and the Zarlengo's to right outside of Draper, UT. Well I'm not exaggerating when I say that we would hang out at least 3-4 days out of the week with them and do sooo many fun things together. Autumn became like a sister to me, and still is, and Jake and Kaleb were BEST buddies. Jake still mentions Kaleb in his prayers, all on his own, and he just barely turned 3 and we've been away from them for almost a year now. They were like brothers. All I can say is we better live close to them again at some point!! We miss them sooooo much. Well when we were on our way up to Idaho for the Knowles' Reunion we got to stay with them for a couple days!! They just had a baby, Eli, and they were blessing him the weekend we stayed there. How convenient ;) We were sooo glad we were able to be there for that special time. I know that Eli and Evan will become good buddies someday too. They are such a special family and we miss them TONS. Till we meet again..... :)

We got there pretty late and Kaleb was already in bed so Jake had to wait until the morning to say hi to him. Painful!!! But here are pictures of their reunion :) The looks on their faces says it all!! Together at last!!

Eli and Evan :) They were born exactly 2 months apart, Eli just 2 days before my birthday!! When Evan was born and the Zarlengo's came to visit us in the hospital, Autumn said that as soon as she held Evan, Eli started going CRAZY in her stomach!! We like to think they were good friends in heaven :)Jake had to be just like Kaleb and wear a tie. Since we didn't have one for him he borrowed one of K's ;)Bahaha, at the lunch right after Eli's baby blessing we were at a park that had a splash pad part and the boys decided to get completely soaked. Well Kaleb and some of his little cousins got completely naked lol, and Jake got so frustrated that he couldn't get his wet clothes off all by himself!! It was quite the sight! Where were their parents?! lol
