On our way up to Idaho, we stopped at Steve's grandma's house in Ogden, UT. Eulalia is such a sweet lady and she had lots of fun things for Jake and Evan to play with :)
We got to IF on July 5th, and everyone had waited for us to do fireworks! So nice of them ;) We got a kick out of Jake following the older boy cousins around, and they were really cool about it. Cute!!Jake's ClanCute little Brooky :)The kids and a few of the adults went to the sand dunes to get some sand to fill up the sand box in the backyard. Might as well get some energy out at the same time ;)We went out to lunch with Steve's friend Jesse and his cute little family. They've been friends since kindergarten and they live in IF so of course we HAD to see them! They have a cute little boy, Luke, who is a year younger than Jake. He liked giving Evan kisses! And we got to see Sarah, too!! She's on the Spring/Summer track so we went up to the Burg to visit her. WE LOVE HER!!!! And miss her like crazy!! Her roommates couldn't believe how much we're alike. Especially our voices and the way we laugh, hehe.A family pic taken in Island Park :)The whole Knowles Crew!!! Total: 2 parents, 13 adults, 18 grandkids. (Jake and Evan # 17 and 18) Whew!! It can get crazy at these reunions but we wouldn't have it any other way!!Parents and siblingsOur reunions aren't complete unless we have a day at the lake!Jake and Savannah are 3 weeks apart and they are best little buddies!Songs around the campfire and smore's. Yummmmmm....Family Skits!! There were some pretty creative ones, especially from the kids, thought of all on their own. Impressive!Ours was a disaster. Wow. The kids were WAAAAY overtired and when we tried to dress them up in potato sacks and lip sync to a song called "Little Potato" it was nothing but tears and tantrums, lol. All we could do was laugh! And this is how we all felt when the reunion was all said and done. We had SO MUCH FUN, but we were exhausted, lol. Can't wait for next year!!!
